We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty or wellness products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@mahlalherbicare.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used herbal beauty/wellness products.
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless defective).
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of wrong or damaged items).
