1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty or wellness products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@mahlalherbicare.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used herbal beauty/wellness products.

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless defective).

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of wrong or damaged items).
